What areas do you serve?
We're based in Bend and serve all of Central Oregon — Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver, La Pine, and everywhere in between. Events farther out may have a small travel fee; just ask and we'll let you know.
How far in advance should I book?
2–3 weeks is ideal, especially for weekend events in summer. That said, reach out anytime — we'll always try to make last-minute requests work if our schedule allows.
What drinks do you offer?
Every drink starts as fresh-squeezed lemonade or limeade, made to order from real fruit — never concentrate. Beyond classic, we offer signature flavors (strawberry, peach, mango, watermelon, cherry, marionberry, piña colada) and artisanal flavors (huckleberry, lavender, ginger, cucumber). You can also add a scoop of creatine to any cup for +$2, or go sugar-free with our Lite & Wild monk-fruit lemonade — keto and diabetic-friendly, same price.
What's the difference between the packages?
Batched ($5/serving) is pre-made for big budget-friendly crowds. Classic ($7) is fresh-squeezed to order. Signature ($9, most popular) adds your pick of signature flavors. Unlimited ($12/person) is free refills all event with every flavor plus a creatine station. All include up to 3 hours of service, setup, and cleanup.
Do you need electricity or water at the venue?
Nope — we come fully self-contained with our own water, ice, and equipment. All we need is a flat spot to set up our stand. If power is available it's a nice bonus, but never required.
Are your lemonades allergen-friendly?
Yes! Our lemonade and limeade are just fresh fruit, pure cane sugar, and water — naturally vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free. (Note: the frozen banana bar has optional toppings like peanuts, so let us know about allergies for catered events.)
How long is standard service?
Up to 3 hours of service is included in every catering package. That covers setup, serving, and cleanup so you don't have to lift a finger.
Can you serve longer than 3 hours?
Absolutely. Additional service time is billed at $100/hr. Just let us know your event's timeline on the booking form and we'll include it in your custom proposal.
What does setup and cleanup include?
Everything. We arrive early, set up our stand and equipment, serve your guests fresh drinks all event long, then pack up and leave the space exactly how we found it. Totally hands-off for you.
Can I customize cups or branding?
Yes — for weddings, corporate events, and parties we can add custom logo stickers or labels to the cups. Great for branded company events or a personal touch on your big day. Ask about it when you book.
What if it rains on my event day?
We bring a canopy tent so light weather is no problem. For serious storms, we'll work with you to find a covered spot or reschedule — we want your event to be great either way.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards and cash, plus invoicing for corporate clients. A deposit secures your event date and the balance is due on the day.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel 7+ days before your event for a full deposit refund. Inside 7 days we'll do our best to reschedule you to another date. Weather-related issues are always handled flexibly.
